Organizational Development (OD)
My OD Practice is focused on helping clients align and optimize their organization structure, processes, culture, and people with their business strategy. I work with organization leaders (COOs, CHROs, CXOs and their reports) to conduct needs assessments and diagnostic analyses, surface relevant best practices, design blueprints, create work plans, develop content, and manage initiatives through implementation.
Common challenges I address for my clients include: maximizing value and ROI for key talent lifecycle processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Development, and Engagement of Employees); building or optimizing org capabilities; and facilitating post-merger integration.
