Organizational Development (OD)

My OD Practice is focused on helping clients align and optimize their organization structure, processes, culture, and people with their business strategy. I work with organization leaders (COOs, CHROs, CXOs and their reports) to conduct needs assessments and diagnostic analyses, surface relevant best practices, design blueprints, create work plans, develop content, and manage initiatives through implementation.

Common challenges I address for my clients include: maximizing value and ROI for key talent lifecycle processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Development, and Engagement of Employees); building or optimizing org capabilities; and facilitating post-merger integration. To help my clients improve organizational and business performance, I bring deep expertise in Performance Improvement; Org, Culture, and Process Redesign; Human Capital Strategy; and Operational Excellence.

We specialize in coupling process and quantitative rigor with the power of metrics and external best practice to inform and develop tailored, systemic solutions for our clients. We are also published authors, recognized thought-leaders, and award-winning consultants in the human capital management discipline of new hire Onboarding.
